Small room size!!! Poor sound insulation affects sleep quality!!! Inconsistent air conditioning makes for uncomfortable stays during warmer periods!!!

The room was clean and cozy, but the cleaning staff interrupted our sleep often.

my stay at vittoria was amazing! the staff were super friendly, always ensuring we were taken care of. we enjoyed live entertainment on the first night, which was a nice surprise after walking around. the hotel is in a lovely area close to the duomo, with plenty of bars and restaurants around.

The location offered easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore the city. The breakfast had an adequate variety, with freshly made cappuccinos that were impressive. Staff were approachable and eager to help. However, the room was quite small, barely accommodating my luggage. The air conditioning didn’t function reliably, which made the room uncomfortably hot at times. The shower had poor water pressure, and I felt cramped each time I used it. I found it a bit frustrating that the quality of the bathroom fixtures seemed dated, impacting my overall comfort during the stay.

The hotel is super comfy and perfect for families with kids. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the location made it easy to explore Milan on foot. We even got lucky with a free upgrade, which was a delightful surprise!
